Our Sales Person, Bill Begley, was wonderful. He greeted us almost immediately as we came through the door. He listened carefully as we told him our needs and lifestyle. We deferred to the next day when we actually took delivery. Our experience with the accounting department was just as great. Lynn was efficient and knew her job. She had everything ready for us to sign upon our arrival. While we were signing papers, Bill transferred the plates from our old vehicle to the new. Bill then took another 30-40 minutes to go over the vehicle with us. This was particularly helpful in light of all the new electronics that cars have these days. I am so glad we decided to drive a little farther to deal with Bill Crispin. There is another Chevy dealer closer to our home, but our experience with them was not so pleasant.
